Murray River Kayak Tour from Adelaide

Aussie Journeys

Ever wanted to see Australia’s largest river while relaxing on a stable, sit-on-top kayak? On this tour we go kayaking on the mighty Murray River! Not too far from Adelaide, we drive through picturesque hills to arrive at a quite riverside town. You will have the full guidance of the tour guide to explain the correct techniques for paddling, as they guide us to different attractions along the river. Your tour guide will explain the history and importance of the Murray River to early settlers in South Australia, as well as the local Indigenous Australian people. No doubt we will see many different types of birds living in the river ecosystem, including ducks, pelicans and much more.

This is a full day tour in which we have the opportunity to explore a nearby town that is rich with history and put our bus on the public ferry crossing, which is an experience in itself, and no doubt will give you some amazing scenery to photograph!

If you would enjoy a relaxing day out cruising along in a beautiful natural environment – then this tour is for you! Enquire about this group tour now to get the full details, or contact us directly.
